Our November OC SIG workshop in Washington, DC provided another powerful experience of insight and transformation. Although the group was just 7 people including some brand new to this process, two participants did powerful even inspirational work on their professional and personal challenges. Everyone in the room benefits in their own personal and professional development when a few people show that kind of openness and courage.  

The December workshop will provide another opportunity to enhanse our understanding of the systemic approach for both personal and organziation change. Before we can help change an organization we have to be adept at changing ourselves.  In the spirit of change, instead of meeting on the weekend we will again meet on Tuesday during the week this time in the morning. 

The theme of this session is about your vision for the new year. If you were willing to dream big what would success look like? What challenges do you need to overcome? What risks do you need to take? What resources, inward and outward, can you call upon?

Join us Tuesday morning, December 22, and experience this important new management and consulting tool.  After a short review we will start doing constellations on your business challenges and opportunities. I am looking forward to seeing eveyone there to explore the power of organizational constellations.
